You'll join Fieldwire, a Hilti company, to help construction teams optimize their workflows using our site management platform. You'll drive customer adoption and growth by implementing success programs that reduce errors and increase efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with high-potential customers to align workflows with technology
• Deliver platform implementations, training, and retention programs
• Advise customers on best practices and product adoption strategies
• Partner with sales to execute strategic deals across the customer lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel ~50% for customer meetings and team events
