💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end planning and operational delivery for Highland's role as the Official Electric School Bus Provider of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, deploying 500 electric buses. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring strong operational leadership and cross-functional coordination in a high-visibility, time-constrained environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end operational execution of Highland’s LA28 transportation program
• Serve as senior liaison to LA28/USOPP organizing committees, districts, utilities, and subcontractors
• Design and implement operational model for service delivery including routing, dispatch, and staffing
• Coordinate sourcing, readiness, and day-to-day operations of ~500 electric buses with partners
• Manage Games-time operating mode including fleet readiness, charging, driver recruitment, and incident response

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale operational programs with real-time service delivery for major events
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level interaction
• Experience managing external vendors, partners, or subcontractors in a structured, accountable way
• Extensive experience with transportation, logistics, or similar operations
