🎯 What You'll Do

• Own near-term supply and demand forecasts for launch markets
• Design and optimize marketplace configurations for matching efficiency
• Build targeted promotions to address fill rate gaps
• Evaluate market health and recommend remediation for struggling markets
• Lead cross-functional project workstreams end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in analytical or operations roles in marketplace or logistics
• Excel/Google Sheets power user with advanced formula and dashboard skills
• Ability to make decisions with imperfect information
• Proven stakeholder and project management without direct authority
• Experience with SQL or other data querying tools

• Working knowledge of Tableau
• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
