Description

You will guide customers through implementation and scaling by serving as the technical expert on APIs and SDKs, designing post-sales solutions, mentoring customer engineering teams, and creating playbooks to accelerate time to value across fintech, iGaming, PSPs, and top exchanges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, Data, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in solutions engineering, architecture, or support engineering
• Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Working knowledge of crypto, fintech, and blockchain

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted solutions consultant driving fast customer implementations
• Design post-sales solutions (analytics, processes, documentation, infrastructure)
• Guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API best practices
• Triage and resolve technical issues across customers and internal teams
• Create playbooks and implementation guides to speed onboarding
