You'll deliver quality color services and excellent guest care at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. Your core impact is helping guests find their perfect color and executing with perfection. This role offers competitive hourly pay plus commissions and tips.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide consultations and all menu services to 100% guest satisfaction
• Be attentive to guest needs, recommend products and color
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, memberships
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist in a salon environment
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems
