You'll lead end-to-end customer onboardings in a healthtech SaaS environment, translating complex integration needs into working solutions. You'll debug data flows, write scripts, and leverage AI tools to automate repetitive work, ensuring customers extract real value from day one. This role focuses on making implementations faster and more reliable through automation and close collaboration with Product and Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers from authentication to configuration
• Integrate customer systems with Zus using APIs, SFTP, HL7, FHIR
• Build and maintain automated workflows for faster implementations
• Partner with Product and Engineering to surface integration challenges and improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in technical implementation or solutions engineering
• Deep familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD)
• Strong API and data pipeline experience (ETL, REST, JSON)
• Python scripting and SQL fluency
