Description

You will act as a single point of contact for patients prescribed Revolution Medicines' therapies, helping them navigate insurance coverage, access patient support programs, and overcome financial or logistical barriers. This regionally aligned role involves working directly with patients, providers, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely access and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing with current state license
  • 7-9+ years experience in oncology, patient access, market access, or pharmaceutical patient service programs
  • Proven experience supporting specialty or oral oncology launches
  • Deep understanding of payer dynamics, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement processes, and patient support program operations
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and Adverse Event reporting

Responsibilities

  • Manage individual patient cases to resolve access and financial barriers including benefit verification, prior authorization, denials, appeals, and specialty pharmacy routing
  • Coordinate with third-party HUB, field reimbursement team, specialty pharmacies, and insurance providers for compliant issue resolution
  • Ensure timely patient and provider contact from enrollment through case closure
  • Monitor cases for delays and intervene with stakeholders to follow up on unresolved issues
  • Maintain rigorous documentation of access barriers and resolutions
