💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute strategic projects to scale a govtech startup from early growth to IPO. You'll be the CEO's right hand on go-to-market strategy and own the company's operating rhythm. This role offers a seat at the center of a fast-growing company disrupting government contracting with AI-powered solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the operating rhythm including stand-ups and offsites
• Act as CEO's right hand on go-to-market strategy
• Design and execute global conference and GTM calendar
• Build and run RevOps across commercial and federal businesses

📋 Requirements

• 1-5 years of Chief of Staff/Operating experience
• Willingness to move to San Francisco and travel
• Scrappy entrepreneur mindset with bias to action
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate in the grey
