Description

You will lead end-to-end supply chain operations for Walmart, including forecasting, replenishment, in-store execution, and chargeback mitigation. You will work cross-functionally to ensure products flow seamlessly to shelves and digital carts, driving best-in-class availability and OTIF performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in retail operations, customer supply chain, or supply chain management
• Strong understanding of Walmart tools (Luminate, Retail Link, Nova, Item 360, Aspen, SupplierOne, Scintilla, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of forecasting, replenishment, demand/supply planning, store operations, inventory management, and logistics
• Skilled at managing large datasets and using Excel, analytics tools, or AI tools
• Highly organized project manager with ability to prioritize and lead through ambiguity
• Strong communicator capable of translating complex analytics into simple operational actions
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead Walmart forecasting and replenishment across all brands
• Manage weekly CPFR processes and conduct replenishment analyses
• Own event management forecasting, new item launches, and end-of-life transitions
• Serve as go-to expert on Walmart operational processes (fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, etc.)
• Own OTIF and operational KPI tracking and lead chargeback mitigation
• Act as primary point of contact for Walmart replenishment managers
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and operational scorecards
• Identify process gaps and build strategic roadmaps for improvement
