💼 About This Role

You'll lead Center of Excellence Selection for Coupang's Retail business, defining and executing customer-centric selection strategies. You'll build scalable end-to-end processes and systems, driving measurable impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design customer-centric selection strategies linking insights, segments, and sourcing
• Deploy selection strategies with measurable input metrics across retail categories
• Build end-to-end selection execution solutions and quality evaluation frameworks
• Recruit and develop talent to build next-generation leadership pipeline

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business/customer insights
• Hands-on leadership with P&L and end-to-end business operations
• Strategic partnership experience with global/local retail/e-commerce brands
• Team building experience including hiring and managing direct reports
