As a Concierge Elite Representative, you'll manage high-value premium customers through inbound and outbound communications, conducting discovery to connect consumers with real estate professionals. Your role shapes the premium customer journey at a leading real estate tech company.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a phone-based call center or metrics-driven environment
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or SaaS onboarding preferred
• Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using soft phone, CRM, and scripting tools
• Service-oriented, consumer-obsessed, and metrics-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Represent Realtor.com professionally across phone, email, and text
• Make 300+ warm dials daily to identify client needs and provide white-glove service
• Conduct discovery of consumer goals, budget, timeline, financing, and preferences
• Work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Make successful connections between consumers and real estate professionals
