You will develop digital strategies and business models focused on sustainability, analyze and optimize processes to achieve climate goals, and accompany the introduction of modern technologies in the public sector. You'll lead agile transformation projects and contribute to thought leadership and asset development.

Requirements

• Several years of professional and project experience in sustainability or digitalization, ideally in the public sector
• Solid knowledge of public administration structures, processes, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in complex transformation projects and team leadership
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, very good MS Office skills
• Excellent German and English skills
