You'll provide customer support via calls, chats, and emails in a remote, fast-paced environment. You'll troubleshoot issues, assist with billing and navigation, and help improve the platform by sharing insights with internal teams.

- Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails
- Assist users with billing, technical issues, and platform navigation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating when needed
- Review creator applications for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor transactions to identify and prevent fraud
๐ Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency with computers and web tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High attention to detail when reviewing user-submitted information
