💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain Workato's Internal Platform, a cloud-native solution using Temporal and other tools. Your work will directly impact scalability, cost, and developer experience for the engineering organization. This role offers a chance to solve complex challenges in multi-region deployments and diverse managed services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build Internal Platform solutions using Temporal and other tools.
• Maintain and enhance existing platform health, stability, and performance.
• Implement CICD pipelines for automated security, reliability, and availability.
• Implement complex deployment scenarios like canary and chaos engineering.
• Analyze CICD and infrastructure metrics for performance tuning.

📋 Requirements

• Go programming proficiency.
• 5+ years professional experience in platform, software, DevOps, SRE, or CICD roles.
• Kubernetes and container orchestration experience.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.
• Familiarity with Temporal or similar workflow engines.
• Knowledge of security scanning and compliance tools.
