You'll drive provider growth and patient demand within your territory as part of a remote-first mental health startup. You'll own the full sales cycle—outbound sourcing, closing, and relationship management—for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of Chicago. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Execute aggressive outbound sourcing to recruit and close providers
- Manage in-person selling within a 2.5-hour radius of Chicago
- Utilize provided lead lists to drive full-cycle sales independently
- Build and maintain relationships with providers and practice staff
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years outbound sales/business development with quota attainment
- 2+ years self-sourcing pipeline through outbound channels including cold calling
- Experience running full-cycle deals independently with strong closing skills
- Proficiency managing relationships and deals in CRM (Salesforce preferred)

- Experience selling to multiple healthcare personas from individual to executive
- Experience operating in ambiguity and contributing to process improvements
- Experience selling at a startup and taking a business from 0 to 1
