🎯 What You'll Do

• Own weekly clinician scheduling performance to increase available hours
• Proactively collect and validate clinician availability to match demand
• Analyze utilization and earnings trends to identify performance gaps
• Manage day-of scheduling adjustments including callouts and coverage shifts

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years in operations, consulting, or high-growth environment
• Data-driven with daily spreadsheet use and metrics-driven action
• Experience building dashboards or reports using BI tools
• Strong communication skills for direct clinician engagement

• Experience with contingent or contractor workforces
• Experience with AI and automation tools like Claude Code
• Exposure to healthcare or marketplace models
