💼 About This Role

You'll join the Platform division to design, code, and maintain shared backend services and product features for a cloud-based home healthcare SaaS platform. You'll also provide technical leadership, mentor peers, and drive technical innovation across the team. This role offers the chance to work with AI-powered development tools like Claude and Cursor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, code, test, and debug complex software at high quality
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
• Lead innovation in component reuse, maintainability, and scalability
• Participate in support queue rotation and monitor production

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Extensive experience with Python and PyTest
• Experience with SQL databases, Git, CI/CD, Docker, SQLAlchemy
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PHP and JavaScript (preferably Vue)
• Bilingual in French and English
