You'll join the User Operations team at Perplexity AI, providing frontline support across email, chat, Slack, and community for both consumer and Enterprise Pro users. You'll own complex billing and subscription issues, build relationships with enterprise stakeholders, and champion their needs in product discussions. This role offers direct impact on a rapidly scaling product with the autonomy to shape processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle user inquiries across email, chat, Slack, and community channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex billing and subscription issues using Stripe
  • Serve as primary support contact for Enterprise customers via tickets, Slack, and calls
  • Reproduce bugs, file detailed tickets in Linear, and contribute to product feedback

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or user operations at a tech company
  • Experience handling billing and subscription support with tools like Stripe
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex product issues and reproduce bugs
  • Excellent written communication skills with a user-first mindset
