You'll lead quality engineering for Replicant's voice AI platform, defining standards, driving automation, and building AI-driven testing workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead company-wide quality engineering strategy
• Mentor and guide a team of AI-enabled QA engineers
• Build AI-driven testing workflows for scalable validation
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build quality from the start

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in QA or Quality Engineering roles
• AI-native approach to quality engineering
• Experience leading quality initiatives across teams
• Deep knowledge of automation and CI/CD quality workflows

• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience testing AI and LLM-powered systems
• Experience in FDE or delivery environments
