You will manage a team to activate and optimize performance media across search, social, app, and video channels. You'll lead day-to-day operations, collaborate with internal teams, build publisher relationships, and ensure excellent client service, driving data-informed strategies and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Tactical and strategic knowledge of search, social, app, and video platforms
  • In-depth performance knowledge including MMM models, brand tracking, and in-platform measurement
  • Ability to manipulate data and present findings to clients
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members
  • Excellent client service and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage team of Account Executives and Account Managers for operational and strategic output
  • Lead day-to-day management of reporting and optimisation across Search, Social, App, Video
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement processes and ensure operational excellence
  • Build relationships with key media owners and push learning frameworks
  • Oversee tracking, trafficking, and bid management via SA360, Campaign Manager, Marin, Sprinklr
