You'll join Remote's Lifecycle team to manage employee exits and provide first-level Employee Relations support for global clients. You'll ensure legal compliance and deliver delightful customer service across 80+ countries. This role contributes to process improvements and automation in a fully remote environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees
  • Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience managing employee offboarding or employee relations
  • Knowledge of international employment law and compliance
  • Ability to handle complex terminations with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a global HR or SaaS company
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms
  • Experience with process improvement or automation
