๐ผ About This Role
You'll join Remote's Lifecycle team to manage employee exits and provide first-level Employee Relations support for global clients. You'll ensure legal compliance and deliver delightful customer service across 80+ countries. This role contributes to process improvements and automation in a fully remote environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures
- Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees
- Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents
๐ Requirements
- Experience managing employee offboarding or employee relations
- Knowledge of international employment law and compliance
- Ability to handle complex terminations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Experience in a global HR or SaaS company
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms
- Experience with process improvement or automation
