🎯 What You'll Do

• Own development of lending platform infrastructure components.
• Partner with lending vertical teams to understand needs and build capabilities.
• Identify and implement improvements to infrastructure for reliability.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of craft and ownership.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Ability to own and drive development of new platform capabilities.
• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.

• Experience building internal platforms or frameworks.
• Experience in fintech or financial products.
• Experience designing systems with correctness and auditability.
