You'll lead a distributed development team managing enterprise-level IT systems and drive the product lifecycle from strategy to roadmap. You'll align customer needs with technical resources and coordinate with contractors for global product launch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead distributed development team and manage software projects
• Oversee development, testing, and transfer of systems to operations
• Manage product life cycle and roadmap, propose development strategy
• Analyze customer needs and align development plans with resources

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in commercial IT projects as project manager or team lead
• 3+ years management experience (processes, projects, or teams)
• Experience with contractor negotiation and coordination
• Experience with budget and resources planning execution
