You'll join KPA, a Workforce Compliance software and consulting provider, to help clients prevent workplace accidents and injuries. You'll build strong client relationships through onsite audits, employee training, and regulatory guidance, minimizing risk to improve their profitability. This remote role based in St. Louis requires 40% travel for client visits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct onsite field audits and employee training
• Develop and implement accident prevention programs
• Assist with compliance documentation (e.g., OSHA, EPA)
• Promote productive relationships with dealer groups

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Environmental Health & Safety experience
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Studies, or related field
• Ability to travel up to 40% including overnight stays
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and tablet apps
