Description

Join MongoDB as a Senior Manager in Strategy & Planning to lead the Customer Success Strategy & Planning function. You will analyze business rules, pilot new programs, and partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Economics, Finance, CS, Math, etc.)
• 5+ years experience in Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics
• Experience supervising direct reports
• Effective communicator, strong SQL knowledge preferred
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker) and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Help drive analytical rhythm including quarterly business reviews and org deep dives
• Partner with senior leadership to drive customer, market, and segment analyses
• Become expert in business and CS rules, conceptualize and pilot new programs
• Lead quarterly and annual business planning for CS teams
• Collaborate with business units to drive productivity and headcount scenario analyses
