Description

You will implement and integrate the Harness platform and AppSec modules, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide customers to achieve maximum value from the platform through expert technical guidance and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years in software/security engineering, consulting, or technical account management
• 2+ years with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, etc.)
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, or OpenShift
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Experience with application security (SAST, DAST, SCA, API security testing)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical guidance and consulting throughout the customer lifecycle
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams
• Architect solutions aligned with customer business objectives for onboarding and implementation
• Assist customers in integrating Harness AppSec modules into their Security and DevSecOps workflows
• Create and maintain technical documentation and best practice guides
