💼 About This Role

You'll own Relativity Space's editorial and content engine, developing high-impact communications for external audiences and employees. You'll translate complex technical updates into compelling narratives for Terran R milestones, executive messages, and change communications. This role offers a chance to shape communications for a pioneering aerospace company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve Relativity's editorial strategy for internal and external channels.
• Draft and manage executive communications including All Hands and leadership updates.
• Build and maintain a unified editorial calendar across Slack, intranet, and website.
• Partner with subject matter experts to surface stories and create multimedia content.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in editorial, corporate communications, or content strategy.
• Proven ability to work directly with senior leaders and draft executive communications.
• Strong editorial judgment to simplify complex technical information.

• Experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or engineering-led industries.
• Familiarity with internal communications platforms or intranets.
