Description

You will drive sales and revenue growth in Japan by leveraging your government relationships and policy expertise to structure and close transformational deals with defense and national security organizations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll act as both strategic advisor and dealmaker, shaping how allied nations deploy AI for national security.

Requirements

• Exceptional early-career leaders with congressional, parliamentary, or senior government experience
• Deep networks across defense, intelligence, and foreign policy establishments
• Understanding of how governments make decisions combined with business acumen to negotiate complex deals
• Ability to assess political landscapes and develop market entry strategies
• Cross-functional coordination skills with product, engineering, legal, and finance teams

Responsibilities

• Own sales and revenue growth in Japan territory; structure, negotiate, and close high-value deals ($5M-$50M+) with defense and national security organizations
• Leverage government networks and relationships to open doors and position Rhombus for strategic opportunities
• Structure strategic partnerships and agreements aligning Rhombus capabilities with government priorities
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior government officials, articulating how predictive intelligence addresses national security challenges
• Collaborate with CEO on strategic vision and participate in intensive one-year mentorship program
