💼 About This Role
You'll support a fast-paced legal team assisting with discovery, document review, and litigation tasks for the FBI. You'll conduct legal research, prepare drafts of legal documents, and review materials for privilege. This role requires a top secret clearance and offers the chance to work on high-impact government cases.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct legal research and locate relevant laws and judicial decisions.
- Draft legal memoranda, correspondence, and preliminary legal documents.
- Review documents for privilege and relevancy using eDiscovery platforms.
- Prepare privilege logs and maintain documentation of discovery records.
📋 Requirements
- Paralegal certificate or JD or current ABA-accredited law school attendance with at least one year of study.
- Two years of litigation paralegal experience.
- One year of automated litigation support experience.
- Working knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research tools like LEXIS and Westlaw.
✨ Nice to Have
- Trial experience.
- Experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform or Adobe Pro.
- Experience with FBI systems like Sentinel.
