You'll lead crypto settlement and custody operations at Robinhood, managing fiat and crypto money movement processes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily fiat and crypto settlement with market makers and exchanges
• Manage wallet rebalancing, custody reconciliation, and liquidity thresholds
• Lead and develop a team of operations managers and specialists
• Improve operational workflows and implement automation tools

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in crypto operations including settlement and custody
• 5+ years managing and developing teams
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and on-chain transactions
• Familiarity with global fiat payment systems and operational controls
