💼 About This Role

You'll join Airwallex's Data Science team to build state-of-the-art GTM solutions that accelerate revenue growth. You'll translate complex statistical results into actionable narratives for executives and own revenue forecasting and performance insights. Leverage advanced causal inference methods to drive high-impact commercial decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate complex modeling results into actionable narratives for cross-functional partners.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify revenue levers and operationalize learnings into scalable workflows.
• Develop and own revenue forecasting and performance insights for commercial decisions.
• Apply advanced causal inference methods like DiD and synthetic control to estimate impact.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience and an advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong analytical intuition and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical work to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for analysis and modeling.

• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
