You'll assist the operations team in daily analysis and tasks, including monitoring competitor service levels and coordinating with fulfillment teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced logistics environment. You'll work with Microsoft Office and Google Suite while supporting order management processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform competitor service level agreement tasks
• Create orders to 3rd party logistic providers
• Coordinate with Fulfillment team and 3PL PIC
• Monitor invoices and assist in daily analysis

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in any field
• Process-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
• Spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
