You will lead the electronics domain and manage a team of board design engineers, taking ownership of electronic systems from architecture to production. Your work will support our mission to protect pollinators and preserve biodiversity through cutting-edge robotics and AI solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in electronics and board-level design
• Proven experience leading engineers or technical teams
• Strong background in analog and digital board design and system-level integration
• Hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or electromechanical products

Responsibilities

• Lead the electronics domain and manage a team of electronics/board design engineers
• Take hands-on ownership of electronic systems: architecture, design, bring-up, validation, production readiness
• Drive electronics development across full product lifecycle: requirements, design, prototyping, NPI, sustaining
• Define electronics design standards, best practices, and documentation
• Own root-cause analysis and resolution of production and field issues
