💼 About This Role

You'll join the Insights team at Ravio, a fast-growing compensation data platform, to scale analytical work across marketing, product, and client insights. You will build dashboards, deliver custom benchmarks, and leverage AI to unlock new compensation insights, owning a broad remit where no two months are the same.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support R&D and new vertical research using AI
• Maintain data quality through benchmark QA
• Build data-driven marketing content and campaign analysis
• Maintain Looker dashboards and semantic layer

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in data analyst role
• Proficient in Excel and SQL
• Experience with Looker or other BI tooling
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of dbt and git
• Proficiency in Python or other OOP languages
• Experience as a compensation/reward analyst
