You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers, building long-term relationships with K-12 school clients. You'll drive adoption, retention, and advocacy while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product. This role offers the opportunity to shape scalable processes in a rapidly growing company with a proven business model.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Help the team set long-term and short-term goals and client objectives
  • Develop engagement strategy to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Function as customer advocate and provide internal feedback
  • Track accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to eliminate it

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or similar role
  • 2+ years managing or mentoring staff
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce, ChurnZero, Pendo

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Domain knowledge in K-12 or ticketing industries
  • Combined background of post-sale support and sales experience
