You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers, building long-term relationships with K-12 school clients. You'll drive adoption, retention, and advocacy while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product. This role offers the opportunity to shape scalable processes in a rapidly growing company with a proven business model.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Help the team set long-term and short-term goals and client objectives
- Develop engagement strategy to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Function as customer advocate and provide internal feedback
- Track accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to eliminate it
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success or similar role
- 2+ years managing or mentoring staff
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Proficient in Salesforce, ChurnZero, Pendo
โจ Nice to Have
- Domain knowledge in K-12 or ticketing industries
- Combined background of post-sale support and sales experience
