You'll own the entire SEO strategy—content, technical, off-page, and AI search—for a leading UK fintech. You'll build and lead the SEO function, driving organic traffic and revenue at scale. This is a rare opportunity to shape SEO from scratch during a major rebrand and marketing build.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and own the SEO strategy across all brands
• Hire, manage, and develop the SEO team
• Drive editorial and content output with optimization
• Build and execute link-building and digital PR strategy

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in SEO
• 2–3 years leading SEO for a consumer brand
• Strong across content, technical, and off-page SEO
• Commercial communicator with cross-functional stakeholder management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or regulated categories
• Experience building an SEO function from scratch
• Programmatic SEO experience
