💼 About This Role

You'll support architectural development from concept through construction administration for a small, collaborative architecture firm. Your work will help deliver complex projects across higher education, industrial, and municipal markets. You'll turn facility and building projects into coordinated designs and construction documents alongside experienced architects and engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to architectural development from schematic design through construction administration
• Create high-quality visualizations and renderings to communicate design intent
• Produce and coordinate detailed construction documents using Revit and CAD
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants on coordinated designs
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 5–10 years of professional experience in industrial, commercial, multi-family, or municipal projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit

✨ Nice to Have

• Architectural licensure or active progress toward licensure
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Skills in visualization/rendering tools such as Lumion or Enscape
