💼 About This Role

You'll lead the architecture and deployment of BMS/EPMS and SCADA systems for hyperscale data centers. Your work ensures seamless integration of HVAC, electrical, and monitoring infrastructure into a resilient, automated fabric. This role offers the chance to define standards and frameworks governing Crusoe's global footprint.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and design BMS/EPMS automation solutions for hyperscale data centers.
• Define system standards, frameworks, and design patterns for controls implementations.
• Develop intuitive dashboards, HMIs, and operator workflows.
• Build automation scripts, tags, templates, and reporting modules.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in automation system architecture including PLC, SCADA, BMS, and EPMS.
• Proven ability to design scalable automation frameworks in data center or high-availability environments.
• Deep familiarity with control protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• Relevant professional certifications in PLC or SCADA platforms.
• Experience with industrial cybersecurity best practices.
