Description

You will process enrollments, terminations, and changes through the system, answer client questions about enrollment procedures, review daily EDI load reports, and troubleshoot file issues. This role offers a chance to contribute to a growing team.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Strong knowledge of 834 EDI transactions including loop structures and implementation guidelines
• Prior insurance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Process enrollments, terminations, and changes through the system
• Answer client questions about enrollment procedures and problems
• Review daily reports from EDI loads and provide feedback to vendors
• Work with internal IT team on internal errors
• Troubleshoot ongoing file issues
