You'll own the marketing website and drive self-serve signups and enterprise sales motion as part of the Growth engineering team. You'll partner cross-functionally to bring web experiences to life, shaping the platform with architectural judgment and polished craft.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical direction for CMS and component system
• Own Core Web Vitals and page speed performance
• Ship reusable components and page patterns for campaigns
• Maintain A/B testing setup for marketing experiments

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with headless CMS or visual editor
• Solid foundation in HTML and CSS with accessibility focus
• Strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript and React

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior work at B2B SaaS or PLG company
• Experience with experimentation platforms like LaunchDarkly
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and GTM tooling
