You'll maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas at a residential property. You'll perform physically demanding work to minimize liability concerns. This role requires initiative and an eye for detail in a collegiate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain physical condition of property per standards.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas.
• Mow lawns, trim planting beds, remove leaves.
• Perform routine maintenance on pool and spa.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of grounds maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
