You'll partner with strategic platform customers, guiding them through application ideation, development, and scaling with the OpenAI API. You'll serve as a critical feedback link to Product and Research teams. This role is based in Tokyo with a hybrid work model and offers relocation assistance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with strategic customers as a technical thought partner
• Provide guidance to maximize business impact from applications
• Experiment and prototype solutions with customers
• Forge relationships with customer leadership for successful deployment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Python and Javascript
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Built prototypes on top of OpenAI API platform
