You'll own the GTM operating engine, improving workflows, automation, and reporting across revenue teams at a fast-growing social impact SaaS startup. You will build the infrastructure that makes pipeline visibility and forecasting more reliable, enabling the company to scale. This role offers high impact and the chance to shape systems from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own HubSpot as the source of truth for GTM operations
- Improve pipeline reporting, forecast inputs, and data quality
- Design and automate lead-to-deal and deal-to-delivery workflows
- Support deal desk coordination and revenue-critical processes
๐ Requirements
- Strong CRM and workflow design experience
- Experience with sales forecasting, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to translate messy problems into scalable processes
- Comfortable with automation and GTM tooling
โจ Nice to Have
- Building AI-assisted outbound or prospecting workflows
- Partnering closely with Finance or FP&A
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
