💼 About This Role

You'll manage and expand high-value relationships with holding companies and their agency ecosystems, driving programmatic ad sales growth. You'll blend strategic account leadership with new business development to position Equativ as a trusted partner. You'll work closely with senior decision-makers to deliver consultative, outcome-driven solutions that align with evolving programmatic strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and execute strategic sales plans for holding company accounts and agency networks.
  • Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across holding companies and trading desks.
  • Drive new business within existing Holdco relationships and close net-new opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic or ad tech sales.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into holding companies and agency trading desks.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying models and agency ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.
