Description

You will lead the finance technology vision, roadmap, and team at Klaviyo, architecting systems that power financial operations at scale for a public SaaS company. You'll drive automation and AI integration across core finance workflows, partnering closely with finance and technology leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading finance technology systems at a scaling company
• Deep expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle), procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash processes
• Experience driving AI/automation initiatives within a finance function
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Ability to partner effectively with senior finance and technology leaders

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Klaviyo’s Finance technology stack
• Translate Finance, Accounting, Tax, and FP&A objectives into clear systems investments and sequencing
• Manage and grow a team of application owners, business systems analysts, administrators, and integration specialists
• Set clear expectations around domain ownership, service reliability, and partnership with Finance stakeholders
• Lead AI-native transformation across Finance to embed AI into core processes with clear guardrails
