Description

You will own and continuously improve all US payroll and benefits processes across Gymshark's US entities, ensuring accurate, timely payments and full compliance. You'll act as the US payroll subject matter expert, managing multi-state payroll, tax compliance, benefits administration including 401(k), and leave programs.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing US multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
• Strong benefits administration experience including 401(k)
• Excellent knowledge of US payroll tax compliance and federal/state legislation
• Strong understanding of US leave regulations (FMLA, state leave laws, disability)
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end processing of weekly, bi-weekly, off-cycle, and bonus payrolls across all US states
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for ADP, managing the payroll vendor relationship
• Ensure accurate multi-state payroll tax compliance and year-end processes (W-2s, 941s, 940s)
• Administer US benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k)) and leave programs (FMLA, state leaves, disability)
• Respond to employee payroll, benefits, and leave queries empathetically and professionally
