You will deliver hands-on technical training to external contractors, enabling them to perform advanced service work and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. Your role combines technical expertise with practical application to improve industry proficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• Extensive HVACR background preferred
• Strong ability to read and navigate wiring schematics
• Universal EPA Certification preferred
• Willing to travel for initial training; strong public speaking and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large groups of mechanical contractors and service technicians during training
• Engage in technical discussions on refrigeration cycle and electrical/mechanical controls
• Develop and improve course content and delivery
• Assess participant knowledge and adjust training start points accordingly
• Maintain training equipment and ensure software is up-to-date
