Description

You will drive financial and operational strategy across emerging business units at onX, a high-growth tech company. Your role involves analyzing financial data, leading budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with senior leaders to inform strategic decisions. You'll also explore growth opportunities and integrate AI into workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years experience in finance, strategy, or operations
• Strong partnership and leadership skills
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs
• Experience in a SaaS business strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial/operational data to identify trends and recommend performance improvements
• Lead weekly meetings with key business leaders to identify anomalies and growth opportunities
• Prepare bi-weekly analysis to communicate business performance to stakeholders
• Drive budgeting and forecasting aligned with strategic goals
• Explore and analyze potential growth opportunities for organic and inorganic expansion
