Description

You will own customer lifecycle analytics within Collibra's Analytics Insights team, building scalable, governed, and AI-assisted analytical foundations. You'll serve as the analytics partner for Services leadership, creating diagnostic frameworks that connect product usage to commercial outcomes, and help shape Collibra's internal use of data governance and AI-assisted discovery.

Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, or related field, with SaaS post-sale analytics experience
• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex data models (CRM, product usage, financial data)
• Experience building dashboards in modern BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Track record as analytics partner to VP-level stakeholders
• Experience with customer health scoring, cohort analysis, adoption modeling, or renewal forecasting

Responsibilities

• Own customer lifecycle analytics: health scoring, adoption patterns, expansion signals, renewal dynamics
• Be the analytics partner for Services leadership: shape agenda, bring proactive insights
• Build diagnostic frameworks connecting product usage to commercial outcomes
• Lead end-to-end analysis: gather data, build models, test hypotheses, communicate findings
• Feed insights into executive reporting with context and narrative
