You'll support data-driven L&D initiatives and knowledge management in a nonprofit setting. Your work will directly impact employee engagement and community building. This remote internship offers hands-on experience in people functions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect and analyze data from employee surveys and ERG member surveys.
• Organize and update L&D knowledge management materials.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for the ERG Lead Retreat.
• Support training preparation and basic facilitation.
